These Terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between AZ Entertainment (AZ MCN), sole proprietor Jiseon Lee, Korean business registration no. 629-45-01136, A-3635, 301 Incheon tower-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, 22007, Republic of Korea (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of a creator network and creator tools (AZ Entertainment Creator Tools) operated by the Company (https://azentertainment.kr, the "Service").
1. "Service" means creator support services provided by the Company, including creator network (MCN) membership and electronic agreements, channel connections and performance analytics, and connections with brand collaborations. 2. "User" means a member who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. 3. "Creator" means a user who operates social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok and participates in advertisers' campaigns. 4. "Advertiser" (client) means a user who commissions content production from creators and pays for it. 5. "Sub-account" means a unit for managing an individual social media channel operated by a creator within the Service.
1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to users. 2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and will announce amendments through service notices or email starting 7 days before their effective date. 3. Users who do not agree to the application of the amended Terms may stop using the Service and close their accounts.
1. Users apply for membership in accordance with the procedures established by the Company and may register through social login, such as Google OAuth. 2. Users must provide accurate information when registering, and their use of the Service may be restricted if they provide false information. 3. Users are responsible for managing their account information (passwords, connected social accounts, etc.) and must not allow third parties to use their accounts. 4. Users must immediately notify the Company if their account information is misappropriated or security is compromised.
The Company provides the following services. 1. Creator channel management: YouTube/Instagram/TikTok connections, channel performance analytics 2. Creator network (MCN): network membership, execution and storage of electronic agreements 3. Connections with brand collaborations: delivery of collaboration proposals sourced by the Company and management of their progress 4. Settlement of earnings: distribution of creator earnings under MCN agreements 5. Other services additionally developed by the Company
1. Creators may connect social media accounts such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok to use the Service. 2. Connections are made through the relevant platform's OAuth authentication, and data is collected only within the scope of permissions explicitly granted by the user. 3. When using YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply. 4. Users may disconnect at any time through the Service settings or the relevant platform (such as Google security settings). Upon disconnection, related data is deleted in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. 5. Collected social media data is used only to provide the Service and is not sold to third parties without the user's consent.
1. Distribution and settlement of creator earnings are governed by the MCN agreement between the creator and the Company. 2. The Company does not hold or keep transaction funds between users in this Service.
1. Prices are shown with Korean VAT (10%) included, unless the quote or invoice states otherwise. 2. If you buy as a business, you must give us your correct legal name, country, billing address and tax identification number, and tell us promptly if any of them changes. The Company applies tax based on this information and on how payment is made. A business tick-box or a tax number does not by itself make a supply zero-rated. 3. If a supply is invoiced at a zero or reduced rate and that treatment is later denied because information you gave us was incorrect or incomplete, you agree to pay us the VAT that should have been charged. You also agree to reimburse any penalty tax and interest actually imposed on the Company for that supply. We will send you a corrected or supplementary invoice with the calculation, and payment is due within 30 days of that invoice. 4. Where the customer must account for VAT itself in its own country (for example, the reverse charge in the European Union), the customer is responsible for doing so. 5. Nothing in this Article limits any right a consumer has under applicable law. (This Article takes effect on 2026-10-24.)

Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Service or using the Service through abnormal methods 5. Placing excessive load on the Service using automated tools 6. Using the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent 7. Other acts prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms
1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for unavoidable reasons such as system inspections, equipment replacement/maintenance, communication failures, or natural disasters. 2. The Company will notify users in advance of a suspension. In emergencies, however, notice may be given afterward. 3. The Company is not liable for losses suffered by users due to suspension of the Service unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights in content included in the Service (designs, text, software, etc.) belong to the Company. 2. Unless otherwise agreed, copyright in content produced by creators through campaigns belongs to the creators, and advertisers are granted permission to use it within the scope of the campaign agreement. 3. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit content from the Service without the Company's prior written consent.
1. The Company is not liable for suspension of the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, power outages, or hacking. 2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions or data loss attributable to users. 3. The Company is not liable for changes, interruptions, or errors in third-party platform APIs (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
1. Disputes relating to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. 2. If a dispute arises between the Company and a user, both parties will seek to resolve it through good-faith discussions. 3. If no agreement is reached, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office has exclusive jurisdiction. However, disputes with a creator who has signed an MCN agreement with the Company follow the dispute clause of that agreement (effective 2026-10-23; announced 7 days in advance under Article 3(2)). 4.
