When you apply as a creator, AZ Entertainment collects and uses personal information as follows. Please read this and decide whether to agree. You may refuse, but we cannot review an application without it.

1. Information collected
Required: name, phone number, e-mail address, YouTube channel link and name. Optional: other platforms you publish on

2. Purpose
To review your channel, to tell you the result and to discuss membership terms.

3. Retention
One year from the date of consent, unless a law requires a longer period.

4. Deletion
When the purpose has been met, the retention period has ended or you ask us to, the information is deleted without delay. Requests: content@azentertainment.kr
